Hey there, I’m Noemí.

With 10 years of experience as a bilingual, Spanish-speaking therapist in Los Angeles and Long Beach, I offer two primary services across California, Colorado, and Texas: virtual individual therapy and immigration psychological evaluations.

I’m most passionate about empowering and supporting women, LGBT+/queer individuals, and adult children of immigrants. My goal is to help those who have felt misunderstood or mistreated to develop a solid sense of self, build self-trust and compassion, and grow in confidence. I enjoy collaborating with clients who are curious, open and ready to make changes that align their actions with their desires, needs, and values.

I’m here for individuals who may not have elders to turn to, who are ready to embark on the challenging yet rewarding journey of breaking generational patterns, who want to nurture their inner wisdom, and who need a gentle space to speak their truth without judgment. I’m here to hold space for your feelings and needs, and help you integrate all parts of yourself—especially the parts you’ve hidden away.

I’m excited to support you on your self-discovery journey. Start today by reaching out to schedule an introductory call with me:

    • I’ll help you understand your anxiety patterns, confront your fears and avoidance, and learn how to use your body to better tune into your emotions. It’s possible to navigate life with more ease.
